love the blue chair, the handmade flowers (thanks mom!) and that silly cat! Wanted to get some more photos posted on the blogaroo this week of my sis-in-laws birthday party and the "balloon" day but I've just been informed that I need more space on my computer so will have that project this weekend. in my beautiful balloon! Yesterday Dave and I went to the
San Diego Wild Animal Park and went up 400 feet to view the park at a different angle! What a great experience! I'll have more photos to share once he uploads all his photos into the computer. If you get the chance, you should try riding in this yellow balloon! xoxo

18 years ago today...

...my 'drummer boy' and I started dating! A few weeks later, he took me to my high school prom! I love having this memory... and I still carry the photo around with me in my wallet. (check out the 80's hair!) ~ I am so blessed to call you 'my husband and my best friend!' Love you! xoxo

How sweet is this little baby girl? She is the daughter of Kimberly and Thomas...dear friends that I met through Four Seasons! They now live in Arizona....yes that is snow in Arizona...go figure! My hope is that someday we will live closer!

Ava's birthday month...

In the Henkel household we say the month of our birthday is our birth month...cause for spontaneous celebrations throughout that month! Why not? In honor of our sweet neice Ava's birth month of March, I made a little "a" for her party on Saturday...but why wait to post it then...after all it's Ava's birth-month! Let's celebrate now! tweet little cup...

When I went to Anthropologie (my favorite store) last week, I saw a little cup that I really wanted so I took it to the counter to ask how much it was as it had no price tag. Welp, they couldn't figure it out and said they would have to call me. Today I received a call saying that they found the saucer that goes with the cup and had a a couple extra in stock...so my car decided to take me in that direction tonight to get a tweet little cup to make me smile! Hope it makes you smile too!
